When will i be billed?

When you sign up for can-to-curb service, you will be renewed every month on the date you sign up.

Can I keep my cans in my garage?

Yes. However, when we come to take your cans to the curb the garage must be open and the cans must be visible and accessible. If this is not the case, we will not bring your cans out and no refunds will be given.

Can you come in the morning instead of the evening?

Yes. Some neighborhoods in Sedona have notorious javelina issues and we take that into consideration.

What do you do for Holidays when the trash day is altered?

We stay up to date on your trash companies holiday schedule. In this event, we will adjust our schedule accordingly. Take note of the holiday schedule if you keep your cans in your garage. If they are not visible and accessible when we come to pick them up on the scheduled day, we will not take them.

Can I get a refund if I sell my house?

No. We don’t offer refunds and there are no prorated rates
